6月20日，2019 ITC 海外高层次人才创新发展计划暨首场欧美项目路演活动在ITC归谷国际中心启动。萧山区委人才办、区科技局、区人社局、钱江世纪城管委会、杭高投、NIHUB以及十余家投资机构出席。

会上，萧山区委人才办副主任韩赵炎向大家介绍了萧山的产业结构和人才规划，国际萧的城市化进程中，人才与产业如何相互赋能。

随后，杭高投董事长周恺秉作了题为《全球化下的创新创业》主旨演讲，NIHUB创始人Lucas作了《外国人在中国创业的机会和挑战》主题演讲。

Kinexcs is a med-tech start-up building monitoring solutions to enhance rehabilitation. For example, patients who have gone through a Total Knee Replacement surgery (TKR) or Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) surgery. The main concept is to use high-resolution wearable devices to remotely monitor, track, analyse and report the progress of the patients who are undergoing rehabilitation.
